I’m a storyteller by nature. It’s been ingrained in me since childhood. I watched as counselors commanded attention around the campfire, saw movies that sparked endless conversations on the playground, and sat spellbound by teachers who could magically quiet a room of rowdy kids with just their voices. Throughout my life, I’ve noticed a simple human truth: when the story is good, people listen.

I’ve spent the last 14 years watching storytelling platforms evolve. I’ve written for billboards and banner ads, TV and streaming, events and social, print and websites. I’ve collaborated with UX and CX teams to ensure that your customers’ story aligns with the one you want to tell. But no matter how much platforms change, a simple truth remains: if the story isn’t compelling, no one’s listening.

    • Led the content strategy, narrative structure, and copywriting for Bing CRM and Concur website redesigns 

    • Partnered with developers and the user experience team to create a AAA ADA-compliant white-label property website for 46 Macerich property websites

    • Led the writing for Microsoft Store CRM email campaigns globally and managed translation vendors to ensure the work was completed on time

    • Redesigned Capital One’s Spark Business website and created campaigns for digital and paid/organic social

    • Grew the Capital One account from a $20K project to a $2.5M account in less than a year

    • Writer for both multicultural and general market campaigns. Responsible for campaign concepts, T.V. scripts, digital campaign ideation,and pitching new business on the Lowe’s, AT&T, Jack Daniel’s and Fusion accounts.

    • Created campaign executions for national TV, Spotify, radio, paid/organic social, and digital for AT&T’s AIO wireless service 

    • Wrote copy for Lowe’s paid/organic social, radio, Spotify, and T.V. campaigns and led the development of feature-length editorial radio promos for the Yolanda Adams Morning Show

    • Created campaign concepts, TV scripts, and integrated digital campaigns for H-E-B, Torchy’s Tacos, The City of Austin, and the LBJ Presidential Library.

    • Created marketing collateral for H-E-B stores that drove awareness for increased adoption of BYO bag usage, leading to a 75% increase in usage

    • Wrote and produced a series of videos for the LBJ Presidential Library featuring Matthew McConaughey that led to an increase in donations and museum visits
